The form sued to and now it just shows Not ansered and a big umber ID. How do I set it back to show the uploader name and company name?

I checked your settings - all looks good - so this is unusual.
I attempted to reproduce what you are experiencing - but everying seems to work as expected:
All the files seem to go to the right folder.
Please try the following:
1. Remove the dropbox integration:
2. Reintegrate the Dropbox App with the exact folder settings that were there before:

AudioPhysicsReplied on April 25, 2014 at 4:21 PMOk now my drop box wont authenticate. I checked on that end and all is signed in right.. Now my form is completely down!! Once I click authenticate it takes me to DB website, I click authenticate there and it just takes me back to the form page. when I click next, I get an error message saying I need to authenticate
Please hurry, my site is broken at the moment! :)

Hi Clint,
If you verified that your credentials are working on DB website, kindly try to clear your browser's cache and try to integrate DB again. You may also try to use other browser.
Please let us know if you were able to integrate DB.

It appears that the 'Company or Artist name? (optional)' field was not filled on these last two submissions, that is why the Dropbox path is different.
As an alternative, you might consider using the Full Name field in the Dropbox path. That field is set as required, so the folders will be stable.

AudioPhysicsReplied on April 25, 2014 at 6:21 PMMy dropbox will not authorize right now. that is all I care about at the moment. Please fix it.
When I click on authorize (On the dropbox window) it just closes the window leaving me with the Authorize field on your site. When I click Authorize it just does that over and over. If I hit next it gives me the red error message in the pic I attached a few emails back.
