Having Matrix field causes tiny and unreadable font on Get PDF output/print

I'm trying to create a grant application form with a checklist near the end. I used a matrix field for the checklist. It works as desired on the form, but the PDF prints with a very small font. I cloned the form and removed the matrix field and the PDF prints as expected. I like the matrix field for the checklist. Is there a way to use it and get the PDF to print normally?

    Hi,

I was able to reproduce the issue you mentioned.

When I downloaded the form submission (the one with matrix field on it)  using the Get PDF button, the output PDF file have all of its content shrink or compressed, and its was unreadable as is.

but without the presence of the matrix field on the form, the PDF print output has a better readable result.

I will submit a ticket to our higher team support regarding this issue so that it can be fixed the soonest possible.

For the meantime, a workaround I can suggest you can do is to not include a matrix field in the form if you need its PDF output.

Try other fields that is suited to your form requirement, like what you did already using TextArea field.

We will notify you when issue is fixed.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I am having similar issues. I printed the pdf form for this submission, http://www.jotform.com/submissions/33223757054957 and it's also very "fine" and unreadable. Any way to get around this?

It's impossible not to use the matrix field as the form is already very long as it is.

    Please help.
