all my my forms registrade in ALEXMASSAGISTA@GMAIL.COM no longer work when sent message feature "FORM OVER QUOTA"

I found the form you mentioned under a Guest account only. When you created the form originally, you were not logged in or did not register a Jotform account yet using your e-mail.
I have fixed this problem for you. I have now moved all the forms in the Guest account to your registered account with username spank4you . You can logged in to JotForm using the username to check your forms.
