    I accidentally deleted my submissions. Can I get them back?

    I selected a submission and thought I was deleting just that submission but all of them were deleted. Help!

    Hello FlippyHippy,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you but it is not possible to recover any deleted submissions.

    Please be noted that once a submission records is deleted, it is removed permanently. You will have to recover it from the submission email you must have already received. It is advisable that you should integrate your form with google spreadsheet which will have a copy of all your submissions. It can also be used as a backup service.

    I did the same thing. I notice I didn't get a notification or anything to email. I can't find this submission that was deleted.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check youraccount email history and found that you did not have the "Recipient Email" address in your email alert and that is the reason you did not receive the submission emails. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to take a look at your "Email History" and found out the reason why you did not receive the submission emails.You can take advantage of this feature to even get the submission data as well. Please check the screenshot below:
