How to add a contact form on Blogger?

Hello,

Here's a step by step on how to get the embed code from your contact form.

1. Go to your Jotform My Forms page.
2. Hover the form you would like to embed and click More > Edit Form.
3. Go to your Publish tab in the Form Builder.
4. Click the Embed option.
5. Click the Copy Code button.
6. Paste the code into your web page where you would like to display it, usually somewhere in the body of the page.

Please Please provide the URL to the form that is having issues.

1. Go to your My Forms page.
2. Find the form you would like to edit and choose Publish.
3. Click the Copy URL button and paste that URL here in the Support form.
