File Download link not working

One more question involving that form - I put links to the PDF and STEP files, STEP being a file that needs to be downloaded (3d file). When someone clicks that link it loads the text version of the file instead of initiating a download, how can I fix this?

The file is being displayed as text because it is lacking the appropriate content-type headers.

Unfortunately, this is out of Jotform's control. Since the file is hosted on your server, so you should contact your host's support for further help.
