    Activate a different account

    I needed to switch forms from one account to another but I no longer have access to the email for the account associated with akcoralmaniacs@hotmail.com, I bought a paid subscription for alaskacpr thinking that it would unfreeze the forms I use. Except the forms I thought I was using are un my shared forms not my forms. I recieved the ticket below explaining how I can fix it. I would like to make my paid subscription to be transferred over to the akcoralmaniacs@hotmail.com so the forms I use will be unlocked until I can gain access to the akcoralmaniacs@hotmail.com account again. It will take me a few days to get in touch with the people but my business needs these forms unlocked right away. Please tell me what can be doen right now to open those forms back up so my website will function again. Thank you.     Thank you for contacting us.

    For us to be able to go ahead and move the forms from one account to the other we need an email submitted from the email address associated with the account which in this case is "akcoralmaniacs@hotmail.com" for the account (username: akcoralandfish ). You can also login into the account and create a new thread requesting for this.

    Hi,

    Someone from the Jotform team had already transferred the forms from the account: AKcoralandfish to the account: alaskacpr. Please kindly re-check. All the forms are now up and doing fine.
