uploading old submission in Google Drive

    hi! I created a form and received 400 responses. how do I save profiles and files in Google Drive? if not, how do I download all the files and forms?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, syncing old submission into Google Drive is not possible. You can download all the submission in Excel, CSV or PDF formats. Check this guide: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.

    Now, getting all the uploaded files at once is possible only by using our Ruby, File Downloader App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader. The instructions are added to the App description.
