Download Permissions for tables?

Thank you for reaching out.
I am not sure if I understand your question because, as of the moment, Jotform Tables is not available within the Mobile App due to its layout which requires horizontal space which is not really ideal on mobile screens.
If you are referring to something else, please let us know.

I want to remove the button circled in red
Also, when i'm building, I can see names on my buttons, but when I preview (both computer and phone) the button names are missing.

Thank you for getting back to us.
I'm afraid that it is not possible to remove the download button. If you do not want other users to download your submissions, you may want to use Report instead to share the form submissions.
Check on: How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report
With the Grid Listing Report, you can also assign passwords and even set filters on which form data (fields) you want to be shared.
The user's only option will be to view the submission data.

Just confirming, there is no way to search the grid listing report and it won't open to a single submission view either?

Hi kimkru,
Are you referring to a search box for your submissions in the Grid listing report?
If yes, then searching for submissions is similar to the search feature in the Submissions Page.
