    Changing the font in one of my boxes

    Asked by dotandpeg on August 01, 2011 at 02:01 PM

    This is my form.

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/12085422546" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>

    For some reason the last box called 'leave a few details here' does not take on the styling of Arial font. How can I change this?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    It looks to me like you have solved the problem, but if you are still seeing this issue, say in some particular browser for example, then please let me know and i'll try to help you through it.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

    @Daniel

    The user's issue with the textarea font is only apparent under Firefox, Chrome, and IE. The form looks fine under Safari (Windows), so I guess it has to do with the browser.

    @dotandpeg

    Inject the css code below to your form:

    .form-textarea {
    font-family: Arial;
    }

    To inject custom css:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Preferences Form button
    3.  Choose Form Styles tab
    4.  Copy and paste the css code in the Inject Custom CSS textarea

    Hope this helps. Feel free to contact us again if you have other queries. Thanks!

    Neil

    Hi laura,

    Let's do it the old fashioned way. Please go to the Properties of the last field and type the following in the field's label:

    <font face="">Leave a few details here:</font>

    as shown below:

    I've tested it by cloning your form and it seemed to work fine - http://www.jotform.com/form/12131533380

    Please let us know if it works for you. Thank you for using JotForm!
