    Hi,

I'm using the service to upload large files, and I recently starting getting a 'Failed' message after 60 to 90 minutes of uploading. Files are less then 1 GB.

    Please help ASAP

PLease make sure if this is happening on one or multiple locations (different internet connections). Also do make sure to clear the browser's cache on the computer this problem originally happened on and try again. It could very well be that the transmission timed out at some point of the upload (specially if its a really big file). Do let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

    Hi afterthefest,

You can upload 1GB for each upload session in JotForm. If your upload file size is more than 250 MB then you better choose single upload option rather than multiple in order to faster upload. Otherwise, if you want to upload multiple file at the same time it will take more time and sometimes upload process may interrupt due to internet connection.

One more thing you have to take into account that is your time out session. You can find it in php.ini file which is located in your local or hosting server and can set time out session.

You can also check your internet speed from the given link:

Please let us know if you can fix the problem.

    Thank You
