Hi, Is it possible to send a copy of form to the sender.

Just add a button "Send Copy to My e-Mail" and then he/she submits it copy of a message sends yo the sender and receipent both.

You can add an autoresponder to your form. Once the user completes and submits the form, they will get a notification as well. Below is a guide on how you can setup autoresponder:
