Not able to log in at jotform?

    I have already bought your premium hosting. I have received two email. one mentioned that you have received the money and second one tells me to login. but i can not login using my user name and password what i put in while register. Could you please take a look as soon as possible. I need to upload my website soon. It is really urgent , please support me as early as you can. I have attached the email i received from you. Thanks

    It appears your upgrade is not linked to any account. I do also see that your email adress (which I believe is the email you have used here at JotForm) does no have a standard account setup, only a guest account. So it appears no username is linked to your email address.

    Please register a new account with your email address. Once you've done so, please provide use the username so that we may link the upgrade you have purchased to that account. Thank you.
