My default email was set to email@example.com, I would like the email alerts to go to firstname.lastname@example.org but when changing it it's not coming in to that email address.

Is this happening with actual submissions to your form or just by clicking the Test Email button on the Email Alert Wizard? If it's the latter, kindly attempt to create an actual submission to your form. If the issue persists, do try removing all current Email Alerts from your form and recreate new email alerts, then update teh recipient E-Mail field accordingly.

Note: ido see you refer to email address email@example.com on your post yet I do see that the Email configured to your Email Alert is firstname.lastname@example.org, I believe this second email is the one you are referring to. In any case, please verify this. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for your response, I've tried starting from scratch with changing the recipient email as email@example.com (thank you for the correction by the way). I'm not recieving the submission form as well as the test email to this address. I think it might have to do with the whitelist suggestion as i'm seeing on this forum but not sure. I did however get your reply to my post sent to my email firstname.lastname@example.org.

I figured it out. I used the SMPT option and enter my credentials for sending email via the email address email@example.com
