JotForm Malfunction

I am having big problems when I'm editing and testing my form. The following are some of the problems I am experiencing most of the time:

1-Calculated fields show erroneous results even if the input data for the calculations are correct.

Estoy teniendo grandes problemas cuando estoy editando y probando mi forma. Los siguientes son algunos de los problemas que estoy experimentando en la mayoría del tiempo:

1-Los campos calculados muestran resultados erroneos aún si los datos ingresados para hacer los cálculos estén correctos.

2-Cuando estoy editando las condiciones en el asistente de condiciones, los campos del formulario no se muestran para crear o editar condiciones, en algunos momentos l asistente muestra campos que no existen en la forma.

3-Las funciones matemáticas (Ejemplo Max(0, result) funcionan mal, generan resultados erróneos.

4-La forma incrustada en mi website funciona mal también.

Todos estos problemas parecen incrementarse cuando el website de JotForm responde de una manera lenta, inclusive muestra mensajes que el sistema no está disponible. Realmente todo esto me esta ocasionando un gran problema y preocupación. Agradeceré inmensamente su ayuda.

As these are multiple unrelated errors we must tackle each it's own thread. For which I will split them as neccesary.

The first question will be discussed on this thread, but to assist you properly, please provide steps (walkthrough) that can cause the miscalculations you described above. Thank you.
