    Account has been suspended, please help.

    Hello, I have tried logging into my account and it appears to have been suspended. The information given says that my account has been suspected of using jotform as a 'phishing scam', hence the suspension.

    I used jotform in order to aid me when creating websites based on a few college projects; it is much easier to use rather than coding it myself. However, I have to show that the forms work, hence why I needed the information from the forms to be sent to my Email; this is why jotform has probably suspected me of phishing.

    I can provide evidence of using jotform in a college project if necessary; I would just like my account to be unsuspended as I have done nothing wrong.

    I have been reviewing your account: alexrigas The account was suspended for containing a form with a username password setup. Unfortunately Login screens or password fields are prohibited by the JotForm Terms of Use. This is to avoid phishing activities through our services. We can reactivate the account if you do accept to have the form: 40892463228358 removed.

    Hello, thanks for the response.I didn't realise that username and password fields weren't allowed, thanks for correcting me.Feel free to remove that form from the account and I won't do it again.
    I would be grateful if you could reactivate my account too.
