Paypal and stripe at one time

Is there a way to be able to us paypal or stripe at one time?

An example would be, create a form that opens up lighbox payment forms for either service respectively?

Sorry but that is not possible with Jotform. A workaround is to embed two forms with different payment integrations to a single form. And then create hide/show condition to show which form user would like to use and what payment method is required. http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

Please note that form fields must be within the first and second form. The 3rd form will just serve as your container for hide/show condition. Submit button must not be on the 3rd form, otherwise the data from your first and second form will not be captured.
