Paypal and captcha not displaying text or images on my website?

Asked by Pierre Castro  on April 27, 2014 at 07:29 PM

    Good evening.

This is Pierre from Humboldt Records, and we've started using your form and look into going into the paid option for our business to use. Our problem is that the form works great, but after we integrated the paypal payment method and the captcha addon, the website would not display the information next to the selection bullets and neither the captcha letters that need to be seen for people to input. We've modified our websites style css, and done everything possible but the paypal prices and captcha still wont show. They do show on the preview once its been edited in your editor website. What do we need to modify in your code to make this show? Thanks and have a great rest of your day,

    Pierre Castro / CEO

    Hello Pierre,

Have you removed the captcha and "My Products" from your form already? I did check your form but could not find it.

Upon checking your web page, I found that you have used your form's source code to embed your form. There could be some script conflict between your form's script and other scripts of your web page. Embedding your form using its iFrame embed code will solve your problem. The following guide should help you grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
