    I am unable to receive emails on reviews@routemasters.in via the jot form. kindly help

    Hi Team

    I am adding this email address in the receipient email and clicking on test email. (setting in submit button)

    i tried all possible settings, kindly please guide and help me so that i can receive emails on this id

    is there anything which i am missing, if you could please send me the steps it would be great.

    Hello Zahid,

    Please be noted that clicking on the "Test Email" button of your notification alert will always send test email to your profile email.

    To test the recipient email you have just added, you should test your live form. Click on the "Preview" button of your form builder and then click on the submit button. 

    I have sent you a test submission.  Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not to your email address "review@routemasters.in"?

    Hello Ashwain,
    I am still facing issues with receving emails on reviews@routemasters.in
    I received this email on reveiws@routemasters.in from you but when i
    am trying to do the same thing its not hapenning for me. please
    provide me further guidance so that i can overcome this isssue.

    Hello Zahid,

    Seems your emails are not going out because there is a problem with your sender email settings (essentially the SMTP settings)

    An excerpt from the email server:

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[29/Apr/2014:02:34:53 -0400] NoUserName SendMail to reviews@routemasters.in from noreply@jotform.com Last-Form-ID : IP : 154.122.113.41 Form-ID: 41167672769467

    Please remove the email and add it once more to fix the problem.
