How can you find who sent the form?

Someone has filled out our form with a fake name, contact number and fake email ( exmember@victory.com )

Is there any way to see who actually sent this form?

If someone filled out form with fake details, it is not possible to figure out who actually filled it. But, it is possible to trace the IP address from where the form was submitted.
