survey form calculations and logic?

Hey folks! I am LOVING Jotform so far! Is this the answer to all my problems? MAYBE.

So I have a survey and for one question, I want to create logic where either

a) One of the responses to a multiple choice question is removed after X number of responses.

ie: I need 20 people who like Apples and 20 people who like Oranges. I only need 20 apple submissions, after I hit 20 submissions, I only want to allow in people who like Oranges.

b) We make it a simple yes/no question

Do you have a quota system or something like that we can use?
