Video Upload From Smartphones - Unplayable From Grid Reports

Hi,

I note that videos can be successfully uploaded by the basic/ generic jotform uploader ... but the resulting file is unpayable from a grid report ... or anywhere for that matter.

Would you be kind enough to try an upload of a short video from an Iphone ... and test the resulting playback from a grid report.

Uploads (any type) are displayed as link on reports. The ability to display or play files such as videos is up to the device's software (os). JotForm has nothing to do with it.

As for you request re: testing with an iPhone, I'll leave this question open for my colleagues with iPhones to deal with.
