    Billing: Duplicate Charges

    I upgrade my plan from premium to economy  few months ago but you charge me twice per month for a premium accounts, please check this, example:

    Invoice no: 78924305, 78924307


    Please fix this maualy and upgrade my plan to economy and refund my money.

    We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused you upon checking your account I found that the reason why your are being charge twice is that you have 2 active plimus subscription (33629967,49560498

    49560498 - Subscription is already expired (Authorization has failed for this transaction. Please try again or contact your bank for assistance)

    33629967 - Subscription is trying to charge you automatically to renew your subscription.


    Since both subscriptions are already expired I have cancelled both your active subscription to fix the "Authorization failed status" in your card number ending in 7471. Please resubscribe again to monthly Economy. 

    About your disputes with the double charges I have refunded the charges made to your account for order # 78924305, 78924307.
