How to remove the repeated logo, or why is the logo on all the pages?

Because I had to use PDF editor form changed. When I go to edit the form I don't see the logo on every page but when I sent a link to the form. The logo appears on every page and it repeats on one of the pages. Can someone remove it or show me how to edit the form.

This is the form. If you open it to edit, you don't see the logo but if you send the link the logo appears.

Upon opening the PDF Editor of the form: 220096311046142, I was able to find many New Documents within the Editor.

I'm confused.

I simply go to the form to edit. I was just going to PDF to add the signature. I don't know how to just go to the PDF. I don't want to delete the form.

I found the PDF link. I dont want to delete the form. Also why in PDF editor there are so many documents of the top?

When you delete your document PDF, you will not delete the form. However, please make sure to not delete fillable PDF, which is the PDF marked in the following screenshots:

The document PDF is usually generated when you wish to create a new one.

Did you find this happening in the PDF you received in your email or the PDF you have downloaded from your PDF Editor? If it is neither, could you explain further to us?

The logo repeats when you go to complete the form (I'm not sending it as a PDF or sending it from PDF editor). When I open the form I don't see the repeated logo or the logo in general.

Did you open the link I sent? I sent the link to the form so you can look at it. When you open the form the logo appears on the top of each page. I don't know why?

When I send a link to a form, I just go to the form, more, and then click publish. I copy that link and that is what I send. But, when I send that link, it does not look like the form.

Thank you for the clarification.

As I've checked, there is no option to keep the logo from showing from the rest of the pages. 

But a workaround is to add a Header field on top of the Paragraph field then add the image in the Heading Image:

How do you fix something when you can't even see it?

We would suggest you use a header element instead of the Logo option.

The Logo option will be visible on all the pages and the header option will be related to that page:

You can retain the image or "logo" in the form by adding a Header field and placing it there instead of a Logo field. A Header field's image will only be visible on the page you've added it to. Whereas the Logo fields image will be repeated on every page you have:

As you can see on the above screenshot, a Header field is something that you need to add to your form. And a Logo field is already in your form, you'll simply need to add content (media) in it. What you've done is use the Logo field, reason the image is being repeated on all the pages of your form.
