I had a COVID done I should receive my results by email I have already created a account with jotform where exactly should I look for my results ?

Good day! I hope that you are safe and well. I understand that you have an inquiry about where you can view your submission and result. Allow me to help.

Once you are logged in to your account, you can follow these remaining steps:

1. Go to the My Forms page and select the form with the submissions you want to view.
2. Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.
3. You’ll be redirected to Jotform Tables, where the submissions are listed

It seems that you filled out a Covid Test form. If this is the case, please reach out to the form owner or to the person who provided you with the form that you filled out. They are the ones who could provide you with the test results.
