I have a form that I'm getting an error message for

    This is the url for the form that gives me the error message for:

    What can I do to resolve this?

    I have checked the URL form and account that owns the form and was able to replicate the issue.

    I have cleared the owner's forms' cache as well but didn't fix the issue.

    I would recommend you notify the owner of the form to report that there is something wrong with the form https://form.jotform.com/220193791565158 so we can properly escalate it to our Developer's team.
