Custom PDF Privileges

As a Silver Account Owner of numerous forms, I have the ability to print to PDF OR Custom PDF (allowing graphical/branded view of the form.

Is there a setting where an assignee of a form on a free account would have this same privilege? This would be so useful to my team, if you have a permissions setting or a way to allow my assignees to have this functionality?

Are you perhaps referring to the PDF Editor?

You can share your PDF Editor page through the share button as shown below.

You have the option to either share by link or invite through email.

This may or may not be the answer...I was looking for dropdown functionality to preview/print ANY submission this way. For me, when I go to download or print, I have PDF OR Custom PDF as options. I was wanting to open up that functionality for our user/assignees to the form. Is that possible by privilege, as opposed to sending a link?

If you invite by email the users account will then have access to download the PDFs from the table if they have access to that, and access to the PDF editor which they can print or download the PDFs there.
