Paypal invoice into my Jot sheet?

Is there some way that I could have Paypal completed payments automated into the Jot sheet for the payee? At this moment I am having to match an emailed invoice from Paypal then manually add it to the Jot form. I would like to have complete automation from my event registrations.

    Hello,

I am not sure if I understand you correctly. Do you mean that you wanted to be able to create an invoice for the Payment that is being received through PayPal? If yes, you can integrate PayPal Invoicing on your form, and this way you can directly collect payments on your form and send your customers the customized invoices.

You can follow this guide on how to integrate PayPal invoicing.

How to integrate PayPal Invoicing with Jotform?

    I hope this helps.

We currently have it as you described. I am asking for a way to automate things after the person is invoiced. Is there a way to connect PayPal invoicing to my Jot Table so I know once the payment of the invoice has been completed while in Joy Table rather than having to check PayPal?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible to be able to connect Paypal invoicing to your Jotform table. As mostly the submission won't get through your Jotform tables unless the payment is processed. If a payment was not processed and the form was submitted it will result in the submission showing as the pending payment.

The pending payment means that someone failed to submit the payment when they attempted to pay, especially for the Paypal integrations.
