Is there an easier way to ask a repeated series of questions?

I need to create a form to get agency contact information from our managers. I'm asking them to fill out the form on behalf of their staff to provide urgent contact information. I'm asking for their name, title, phone, and cell.

Right now, I'm basically adding those sections repeatedly about 8 times. And I'm ending each sequence with the question "Do you have any additional key staff members to add?" My plan is to hide all the repeated questions except the first series. When they answer "yes", the next series appears via "conditions logic".

The thing is this is very labor intensive. And in the event that one of our managers has more than 8 staff members, they won't be able to add all their staff.

I was hoping their might be a widget or some tool I can use to ask those repeated questions without having to create them and provide logic for everyone.

The only other alternative I've been able to think of is simply have the form be short, and the manager will just fill out the form "x" amount of times. Although, I'd rather not go this route. I'm trying to make it as easy for them to do in one step.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you want the form to be easier for your user, then I'm afraid you'll need to continue with your current route.

You can make it a bit easy for yourself by copying and pasting the repeated fields by following our guide on this page. If there is a field that needs repeated information to be put in, you can then pass the value to another field. Depending if you'll require calculation, then I think the Form Calculation widget will also be helpful for you.

If you have further questions, please let me know.

    Kind regards,
