Clients getting kicked out

On the Marlins registration I have a lot of people getting kicked out. How come and how do we fix this?

yes they say they have been kicked out 4 times and it wont let them submit the form

I cloned your form to test but I was unable to replicate the issue.

I can see that you have embedded your form. Is the issue happening to the embedded form only? If so, can you please embed your form using iFrame?

Also, are there any error messages showing on the user's end?

no no error codes but ill try it that way and see if that helps
