I need to have multiple approvers for workflow and multiple email recipients based on conditional logic on the form. Which plan allows for both of these options?

Adding multiple approvers in a workflow and multiple email recipients based on conditional logic on the form is supported across all the subscriptions. So whether you have free, bronze, silver, etc., you will still be able to do multiple approvers for workflow and multiple recipients using conditional logic.
