Not receiving emails

    Hi, we have the same issue, but intermittent, some emails are received, some are not. Very frustrating for users who have to ring and check that Timesheets have been submitted. What is the solution please?

    It is intermittent, but annoying the way some responses are received and others are not.

    We have cleared the cache and checked the email bounce list.

    One particular contractor, sbranski78@gmail.com , has a lot of issues lately.

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    I cloned your form and did a test and was able to receive the autoresponder emails.

    I have also checked  sbranski78@gmail.com and do not see this email in our bounce list.
