We were receiving email submissions up until about 20 days ago, now nothing is being transmitted to oiur email.

Hi,
Your form recipient email is not in the bounce list as of checking.
When I run a test, the server log indicates a successful delivery to your email address. Can you check if you have receive the test submission to info@vintagemarketanddesign.com?
If you have not receive anything, we suggest you to whitelist Jotform IPs and domains to your email provider side. This usually resolves all email issues. http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
