I want to add a field to an existing form - how do I do that?

My form is online at wsrp.org/auction2014 and we've already had 24 submissions.  But now I need to add an extra field.  I need to add a field saying "if you are with a group, please list the name of the group" directly under the field that says "number of tickets" - how do I do that?

You should be able to edit your form and add a new question. Are you having issue adding the field in your form?

I cloned your form in your account and add the form field as your requested. Please take a look at the following form and see if this is what you wanted to achieve:  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41178375334962 If the cloned form looks good, it can be replicated in your original form as well. Please check the screenshot below on the process to edit your form and add a new question:

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have form fields asking for credit card details. Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment question. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

I would suggest you to please remove the credit card related fields.
