I'm having trouble accessing pdf files uploaded in jotform.

We have a paid subscription.  Username:  highsierramusic

When I try to access the pdf files that have been uploaded as a part of the form, I get this error message:

Please share the download URL of the file or let us know for which submission you are unable to download the uploads. 

I did check your form "2014 High Sierra Music Festival Food Vending Application" submission page and I was able to download the files. I haven't checked all the submissions but did check the submissions you have received from March 24, 2014 till date.

Please let us know the form ID and the submission details and we will take a look.
