PayPal Integration selecting multiple dates?

We are trying to create a bootcamp registration form where participants can select the type of session they want, standard or advanced, then they can select multiple dates (a bootcamp will be held every Saturday between in May, June and July 2014).

Can't figure out a streamlined way to do this without a really long list of dates. Many thanks to all who can help us figure this out!
