How do I switch to non-profit pricing?

    After recently upgrading our club's account from the free version to SILVER (and paid $348), I discovered your non-profit pricing. I submitted the application and it seems that we were approved, as it is now showing me the discounted pricing. I noticed the disclaimer at the bottom of the page:

     "If existing paid users apply and get approval to receive the nonprofit discount, it will be effective starting with the next subscription. So, if a user already has a paid subscription, they will need to cancel it and subscribe to a new paid plan."

    Based on this, I'm assuming that I need to cancel my current plan and subscribe again. How do I cancel my current plan?

    You may upgrade your account again with the discounted rate.
