Hello TJEROME,
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Are you having issues with your form "viewer PDF"? Do you mean to say that the "Form Collapse" is not working in IE 9
I did check your form in IE9 and the "Form Collapse" button seems to work as expected. I was also able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
Please explain your problem a bit more in detail so that we can help you resolve the issue.
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!

Hello,
Did you remove the form collapse? I don't see any in your form I cloned your form and checked the elements and I don't see and form collapse?
Can you please verify what issue are you having with this form http://www.jotform.com/form/20194841251?
I'm checking your form in esens account and started looking at few but doesn't find form that has a collapse bar. In your TJEROME account none of your forms has a collapse bar.

From what I can see my results were the same as my colleagues where I too was unable to locate, see, or even find a Collapse Field on your form. If you had one there it currently appears that you probably had deleted it.
Also please note that even though we've made adjustments to make the Form Collapse Field work in older versions of IE it may appear and operate differently in obsolete versions of a browser so as the outdated IE9. However, At this time I do not see or note any obvious issues.
If you are still having any issues on your end then I would strongly advise clearing your browser cache which usually helps to correct any minor problems. Should that not work then please provide us with a screenshot of how to do this.
