Why are some submissions not being sent to my email?

    Dear Jotform,

    We are Coda Mountain Academy of Music and are using your service for applications to our program.  I am receiving most applications by email, but discovered yesterday that one had not come through to my email. I requested the parent try again, which they did with no success.  I tried one with jibberish in the fields and it came right through into my email.  The funny thing is that I then tried it with the parent's information and it did not come through.

    Is there a possibility that jotform might not allow certain ones to go to email?  You can understand how serious this would be for our application process.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I understand the importance of this matter. 

    I kindly ask you to tell us the form's url so we can analyse and test the form. Also can you access that missing submission in your jotform account, or the form doesn't even allow the submission?

    I can access the two submissions concerning Adrianna at jotform, but
    neither was sent to my email.

    I've checked your notification but it currently doesn't have sender email, can you set sender email to noreply@jotform.com and try it again?

    Here's how:

    If the issue persists, please try to recreate your email notification and retest, this might also help. To do that, just delete your existing notification and create a new one.
