    Hello,

I received the message that my access was restricted when I tried to submit a form. We are tracking clinic outreach and it does not seem we have exceeded the 100/month submission limit. However, clinicians are not able to submit forms.we have access to submitting forms?  It seems the issue is because of a limit on the SSL, or secure submission. We do not require secure submission for our forms. Is there a way to change this so that we don't need to use this feature and therefore, won't exceed our limits for submission? Please direct correspondance regarding this issue to my primary email: kodonov2@bidmc.harvard.edu. thank you.

    Best,

    Keira

    Hi Keira,

I have reset your SSL counter to zero and reactivated your account. Please be reminded that we can only do this once.

You have reached your SSL limit for the month which is 10 per month. If you want to stop receiving submissions over a secure connection or SSL, please change https://secure with http://form or http://www on your form embed code or direct form URL.

    Example:

    Thanks!
