Hi, My name is Audrey and I work for Em-Communication. Our account had been disabled because we reached our quota, we paid to upgrade it, but we are still unable to log in. We'd like to know what's going on. Here's the link of one of our forms, it still says that we are over the quota, even though we paid. Thanks! Audrey.

I checked your account and found that it is over quota as you have utilized 371.33 MB of upload space.
Upon checking our records, I was unable to find any payment details for your account. I did find a payment coming from your IP address but for security reasons, we need to confirm as the customer details does not have your name or email address.
Please send your order# from the payment confirmation you must have received in your email. We will check and upgrade your account immediately.
