Jotform not working appropriately

    Hi, I am having trouble receiving and applications I get through my website using jotform. I know the billing was post poned due to an issue with my account, however, it has been weeks if not months since it worked.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. May we know where exactly on the website you linked can we find the form you are having an issue with, please? Also, just in case your form does not require to complete a payment field, may we ask that your permission to make submissions on your form to test the issue, please?

    That is the link to my applications on my website. You can test the form if it helps. I filled out and submitted one earlier myself but still have not gotten it through my email.
