I upgraded my account to the $90 yearly premium plan, and was charged that amount, and yet I continue to be chrged the $9.95 monthly installements via Paypal. Under my account section, it says Paypal is my payment method and that I will be billed again in May.
I would like to be refunded the $9.95 I was erroneously charged, and make sure that IW ill not be double-billed int he future. Thank you.

There is currently no automatic process on switching payment method from Paypal to one of our payment processors so you have to cancel first the current subscription onto Paypal and re-upgrade using our Payment Processor(s).
Anyway, I checked our records and found out that you've already cancelled the Paypal Subscription record. I have now requested the refund to our billing department. It would take 4-10 days to be processed. We will notify you here once the payment has been refunded.
