Custom event tracking

    Can your platform pass custom event tracking data to external audience building systems, like Facebook ads, Google, Linkedin ads, etc? If so, which platforms do you support?

    Hi Mezar,

    You can use both Facebook Pixel and Google Ads with Jotform.

    Thanks Laura. The articles you provided explain standard events, but does not address my question about custom events. Using an example of a three part form, would it be possible to segment users by each step of the form?

    If the provided suggestions do not meet your requirements, and you want to segment users by each step of the form, depending on the structure of the form and the "events" you want to include in your form, try and see if integration with a third-party platform like Zapier can help you in achieving your goals.

    Also, you can check our API documentation and see if creating a custom widget can help you track the events in your form and provide you with the analytics you will need.
