I paid $90. Then was denied access...

    I set up tthe premimun plan and paid $90 through PayPal.  It processed. And you say I have no account and can't find me in the system...

    You also don't have a phone number to talk to someone...

    This is very frustrating as my web guy is waiting on be to give him my logins and I'lm not paying a second time with this first time went so poorly.

    Please give me access or refund me so it can be set up again.

    You're now logged in. Did you manage to get into your account now or do you still receive the access error?

    Also, I seem can't find any payment record for your account. Please let us know the Order Reference Numbers or Subscription Number so we can check further. If we found it, we will make sure to associate it to your account.

    Since you made the payment via paypal, can you please provide me your Paypal address you used to make the payment?

    Ok, I've found the payment and I have reverted it back to your Paypal account.

    Please go ahead and this time, make sure you are logged into your JotForm account lindseyjean, before going to Pricing page. This way, your account will get automatically upgraded.
