I have a form from the Dept. of Agriculture. It needs to be filled out by the client and then the entire form with the answers emailed to me. Having just the answers emailed without the form unfortunately, will not be accepted.

Also, I need to fit a table that i made with Matrix D on my form without changing the size of the actual form. I tried going into the code and changed the size of the fonts on the column headers but that didn't work.

Your help is very much appreciated! This is the BEST FORM BUILDER on the web without a doubt!!!

    Hi,

By default, only fields with inputs are included in the form notification email. If you want the images, headers and texts to be emailed out, you have to manually add it to the email body. You can use the tools such as insert image, insert rows from the email builder:

Please proceed on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/369486 for your inquiry with regards to the Matrix Dynamique Widget.

Thanks for the feedback! That is greatly appreciated ;)

You can also try this alternative - by adding the Get PDF Link of the submission:

Now, to automatically include all the headers, texts and images to the PDF output. You have to check the "Show Headers and Texts" box in the form submissions page settings:

You will only do this once. After that, all PDF links that will be included in the form email will contain the headers, texts and images.

    Thanks
