Why am I receiving emails that my account is being disabled?

    I had the impression the jotform service was free.

    I am a running a fund raising contest for another week.

    Hi Dona,

    As per our records, your account was suspended due to the file size of the file you uploaded.

    Free users are allowed only 100MB of file upload space. You have uploaded a file that's bigger than this limit.

    Although free users are allowed to receive 100 submissions per month, the file upload capacity does not increase or renew every month.  You will need to upgrade your service to continue using your forms. 

    Just in case you don't know, free accounts are not trial subscriptions.  Our free subscription is free, with just certain limitations.  Our trial subscription is a premium subscription with a 30-day money back guarantee.
