Account disabled?

I received a message that my account has been disabled, when I thought that I was allowed 100 submissions per month on a free account.

I had plans on growing our service, as our business is growing, as well as offering this service to our clients, but it appears that a paid account is the only way to use the service.

Thanks for the short trial, but we'll find another method to link to our Drop Box.

    All the Best,

    John Ryan

    Hello John Ryan,

Your account was suspended due to the file size of the file you uploaded.

Free users are allowed only 100MB of file upload space. You have uploaded a 240mb file.

Although free users are allowed to receive 100 submissions per month, the file upload capacity does not increase or renew every month.  You will need to upgrade your service to continue using your forms.

Just in case you don't know, free accounts are not trial subscriptions.  Our free subscription is free, with just certain limitations.  Our trial subscription is a premium subscription with a 30-day money back guarantee.

If you you have uploaded the file by mistake, please let us know and perhaps we can look into this matter and get it resolved.

If you have other questions, please let us know.  We'd be happy to assist.
