How do I change the confirmation title of my jotform?

Dear Jotform,

I have been using this service for 3 years for submission applications for our awards ceremony.  I update the form yearly but the receipt/ confirmation still comes as the 2012 EMMAs Submission.  How can I change this last part?

You can change the title of the confirmation (notification) email by doing the ff:

1. Click Setup & Embed

2. Click Email Alerts

3. Select the notification email

4. Change the title

5. Click Finish then save the form
