How to fit matrix dynamique widget without changing the form width?

Also, I need to fit a table that i made with Matrix D on my form without changing the size of the actual form. I tried going into the code and changed the size of the fonts on the column headers but that didn't work.

Hi, try clicking on the Wizard of the widget, and next to the header add a the size,"Header1:20,Header2:20,Header3:20", according to the width of your form.
